摘要
以谷子品种长生13为材料,利用人工旱棚及滴灌进行水分控制,研究了在全生育期内进行水分控制对谷子生长发育及品质的影响。结果显示,随浇水量减少,谷子株高、穗粗、穗重、结实率、产量及单株干物质量逐渐减小,浇水量与株高、穗重、结实率和产量呈显著正相关;随着浇水量的减少,谷子旗叶相对叶绿素含量和顶三叶叶面积降低;谷子峰值黏度、直链淀粉、胶稠度、脂肪和粗蛋白含量均呈先增后减的趋势。上述结果表明,谷子在全生育期内适度的浇水量有利于谷子产量的提高和品质的改善。
In this study, millet variety Changsheng 13 was used to study the changes of growth physiological characteristics by using artificial dry shed and drop irrigation. The results showed that plant height, ear diameter, ear weight, seed setting rate, yield and dry matter weight per plant decreased with the decrease of irrigation water. There was positive correlation between irrigation water and plant height, ear weight, seed setting rate and yield. The relative chlorophyll content of flag leaf and total area of top-three leaves decreased with the decrease of irrigation water. The peak viscosity, amylose, gel consistency, fat content and crude protein content first increased and then decreased with the decrease of irrigation water. The results showed that in the whole growth period, moderate amount of water could improve the yield and quality of millet.
