摘要
[目的]考察金钗石斛花不同时间点释放香气的差异,讨论其香气成分的日变化规律。[方法]采用静态顶空气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,检测并分析盛花期一天内6个时间点(6:00、9:00、12:00、15:00、18:00、21:00)金钗石斛花的香气成分。[结果]各时间点金钗石斛花香气释放量占总释放量的排序依次为:9:00(48.68%)>6:00(19.23%)>21:00(17.40%)>18:00(10.36%)>12:00(3.05%)>15:00(1.28%)。从金钗石斛花中共检测出104种挥发性物质,6个时间点分别测出15、36、52、45、14、43种。各时间点共有的化合物是己醛、γ-萜品烯、茶螺烷、双环[3.1.0]己-2-烯,2-甲基-5-(1-甲基乙基)-和(1R,3As,8aS)-1,4,4,6-四甲基-1,2,3,3a,4,5,7,8-八氢环戊[c]戊烯。[结论]金钗石斛花香气释放量在9:00时最高,15:00时最低,其香气成分中相对含量最高的是己醛。
[Purpose]To investigate the difference in scents released from Dendrobium nobile Lindl.flowers at different time points,and to study the diurnal variation of its scent components.[Method]The floral components of D.nobile flowers were detected and analyzed at 6 time points(6:00,9:00,12:00,15:00,18:00 and 21:00)by static headspace combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.[Result]The ranking of total floral scents emitted was as follows:9:00(48.68%)>6:00(19.23%)>21:00(17.40%)>18:00(10.36%)>12:00(3.05%)>15:00(1.28%).A total of 104 volatile substances were detected,among which 15,36,52,45,14 and 43 types were emitted following the time points investigated.Common compounds at each time points were hexanal,γ-terpinene,bicyclo[3.1.0]hex-2-ene,2-methyl-5-(1-methylethyl)-,1-oxaspiro[4.5]dec-6-ene,and 2,6,10,10-tetramethyl-,(1R,3aS,8aS)-7-isopropyl-1,4-dimethyl-1,2,3,3a,6,8a-hexahydroazulene.[Conclusion]The floral components of D.nobile peaked at 9:00 and bottomed at 15:00,with hexanal being the dominant floral component.
