摘要 [目的]了解解淀粉芽孢杆菌抑病机制研究现状,以期为其生物类制剂研究与相关产品开发提供依据。[方法]通过文献检索,综述了解淀粉芽孢杆菌的生物学特性及主要代谢产物、抗病作用机理、对病害的拮抗和对土壤的改良效应等方面的研究进展。[结果]解淀粉芽孢杆菌通过分泌次生代谢产物破坏病原菌细胞结构;能够诱导寄主防御,提高与抗病性相关酶的酶活性;能产生抑制病原菌生长发育的挥发性物质;能够分解环境中难溶性微量元素,提高土壤肥力。[结论]解淀粉芽孢杆菌抑菌促生方面已有许多研究成果,应进一步提升其应用效果。建议对解淀粉芽孢杆菌进行多组学研究,并优化其生物制剂质量及使用方法,开发混合生物制剂等,使其微生物产品更加高效。 [Purpose]To understand the research status of the disease inhibition mechanism of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,and to provide a theoretical basis for further study and the development of relevant agents.[Method]Through literature reading and retrieval,research progress of B.amyloliquefaciens on the biological characteristics,main metabolites,disease resistance mechanism,and soil improvement were analyzed and summarized.[Result]B.amyloliquefaciens destroys the cellular structure of pathogenic microorganisms by secreting secondary metabolites,leading to the death of pathogens;it induces resistance reaction from host plants,resulted in higher enzymatic activity regarding resistance;it produces volatile substances that inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria;it breaks down indissolvable substances that contains microelement,thus contributing to enhanced soil fertility.[Conclusion]Many progresses have been achieved in illuminating the antibacterial and growth-promoting effects of B.amyloliquefaciens,whose application should be further improved.Multi omics approach is recommended to optimize the quality and application method of biological agents based on B.amyloliquefaciens,and mixed biological agents should be developed for higher efficacy.
