摘要 以成果导向教育(OBE)理念为基础研究了高校体育教学持续改进体系。构建了学生评学、教师自我评教、课程组(教研室)评价和教学督导评价的"四位一体"的高校体育教学持续改进体系,解决了教师如何"教"与学生怎么"学"的问题,从不同角度评价教学过程和学生表现,以提高体育教学质量。 The continuous improvement system of higher physical education is studied based on the concept of achievement oriented education(OBE). A "four in one" higher teaching evaluation improvement system of students’ evaluation of learning, teachers’ selfevaluation of teaching, curriculum group(teaching and research office) evaluation and teaching supervision evaluation is constructed.The problem of teachers "teaching" and students "learning" is solved. The teaching process and students’ performance from different angles are evaluated so as to improve the quality of physical education teaching.
