全面推进“移动支付之省”建设向纵深发展高质量服务共同富裕示范区建设

Comprehensively Implementing the Construction of the "Province of Mobile Payment", Promoting High-quality Development of the Demonstration Zone For Common Prosperity

"移动支付之省"建设,是浙江省委、省政府数字经济"一号工程"的重要内容,是建设共同富裕示范区的重要措施。本文从工作实践出发,总结人民银行杭州中心支行牵头组织实施浙江"移动支付之省"建设所取得的主要成就,分析"移动支付之省"建设所面临的形势与挑战,并在此基础上,提出下一阶段全面推进"移动支付之省"建设向纵深发展的主要工作举措。

The construction of the"Province of Mobile Payment",is an important part of the digital economy"Project No.1"issued by the Zhejiang provincial Party committee and provincial government,as well as an important measure for building Zhejiang into a demonstration zone for common prosperity.According to work practice,this article summarizes the main achievements of the People’s Bank of China Hangzhou Central Branch in implementing the construction of the"Province of Mobile Payment",analyzes the environment and challenges faced with,and on this basis,puts forward next-step measures to comprehensively implement the construction of the"Province of Mobile Payment".
