复合益生菌对大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)幼鱼免疫及抗病力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究由枯草芽孢杆菌[Bacillus subtilis,(6.7±1.8)×10^(7)CFU/g]、嗜酸乳杆菌[Lactobacilli acidophilus,(2.1±0.6)×10^(8)CFU/g]和酿酒酵母[Saccharomyces cerevisiae,(8.4±2.3)×10^(6)CFU/g]组成的复合益生菌对大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)幼鱼免疫及抗病力的影响,在以鱼粉和豆粕为主要蛋白源的基础饲料中分别添加0%[0 g/kg,对照(Z_(0))组]、0.2%(2 g/kg,Z_(1)组)、0.4%(4 g/kg,Z_(2)组)、0.6%(6 g/kg,Z_(3)组)、0.8%(8 g/kg,Z_(4)组)的复合益生菌粉,制成5组饲料分别投喂体质量为(8.94±0.02)g的大菱鲆60 d。结果显示:大菱鲆血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性,与Z_(0)组相比,Z_(1)、Z_(2)、Z_(3)组的呈增高趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05),Z_(4)组与Z_(0)组的差异也不显著(P>0.05),但显著低于Z_(1)、Z_(2)、Z_(3)组(P<0.05)。与Z_(0)组相比,大菱鲆血清的酶活性发生了以下变化:Z_(2)组的碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、Z_(3)组的溶菌酶(LZM)、Z_(1)~Z_(4)组的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、Z_(1)~Z_(3)的组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及攻毒后大菱鲆的成活率均显著提高(P<0.05)。综上,饲料中添加复合益生菌粉能增强大菱鲆免疫酶活性和抗病力,适宜添加量为0.6%。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of compound probiotics containing Bacillus subtilis [(6.7±1.8)×107 CFU/g],Lactobacillus acidophilus [(2.1±0.6)×10^(8) CFU/g] and Saccharomyces cerevisiae [(8.4±2.3)×10^(6) CFU/g] on the immunity and disease resistance of Juvenile turbot(Scophthalmus maximus).Turbots [(8.94±0.02) g of wet body weight] were fed five diets for 60 days with containing fish meal and soybean meal as the main protein sources and 0%(0 g/kg,control group,Z_(0)),0.2%(2 g/kg,Z_(1)),0.4%(4 g/kg,Z_(2)),0.6%(6 g/kg,Z_(3)) and 0.8%(8 g/kg,Z_(4)) of compound probiotics,respectively,for 60 days.The present study found that the ACP activity of serum in Z_(1),Z_(2) and Z_(3) groups increased than that in Z_(0) group,although significant differences were not observed(P>0.05).Further,ACP activity of serum was not significant difference among groups Z_(4) and Z_(0)(P>0.05),but these two groups had significantly lower ACP activity than that in groups Z_(1),Z_(2) and Z_(3)(P<0.05).Compared with Z_(0) group,the enzyme activities of turbot serum changed as the followsing:the alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activities in group Z_(2),lysozyme(LZM) activities in group Z_(3),catalase(CAT) activities in groups Z_(1)-Z_(4),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) activities in groups Z_(1)-Z_(3),and the survival rate after disease challenge assays were significantly improved(P<0.05).Collectively,adding compound probiotic powder in diets improved the immune enzyme activity and resistance to disease of turbot,and the suitable addition amount was 0.6%.
