光固化水性聚氨酯有机硅改性丙烯酸酯的制备 被引量:3

摘要 采用自乳化法制备乙烯基硅氧烷改性的可光固化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯复合乳液(WPUASi),在引入有机硅氧烷改善胶膜表面性能的同时,交联点数量的增加可提高乳液的光固化速率。将有机硅改性的乳液及胶膜进行透射电镜(TEM)、水接触角(CA)、粒度分布及Zeta电位分析等测试。结果表明,水性聚氨酯有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液的粒径从168.3nm减小到114.9nm,乳液可稳定储存6个月以上。乙烯基硅氧烷含量为10%时固化膜的水接触角为83.2°、吸水率为7.42%,耐水性优良。 The photocurable waterborne polyurethane acrylate composite emulsion(WPUASi)modified by vinyl siloxane was prepared by self-emulsification method.The photocurable rate of WPUASi was increased with the addition of organosiloxane to improve the surface properties of the film and the number of crosslinking points increased.The silicone modified emulsion and film were tested by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),water contact angle(CA),particle size distribution and Zeta potential analysis.The results show that the particle size of silicone modified waterborne polyurethane acrylate emulsion decreases from 168.3nm to 114.9nm,and the emulsion can be stably stored for more than 6 months.When the content of vinyl siloxane is 10%,the water contact angle of the cured film is 83.2°,the water uptake rate is 7.42%,and the water resistance is excellent.
