摘要
本文借鉴文化话语研究框架,从话语内容、话语形式和话语主体三个方面考察突发公共卫生事件中“南京发布”在政府形象建构方面的作用。研究发现,“南京发布”相关报道的话语内容主要涉及疫情数据、疫情防控措施、复工复产复学、疫情相关科普知识和各类物资供应五个方面;话语形式可分为单模态报道和多模态报道;话语主体主要有政府机构、普通民众、企事业单位和其他。“南京发布”相关报道建构了负责、高效和坦诚、亲民的政府形象。
Based on the framework of cultural discourse studies,this paper analyzes the function of“Nanjing Release”in the construction of government image in paroxysmal public emergency from three aspects,namely discourse content,discourse form and discourse subject.The study finds that the discourse contents of“Nanjing Release”mainly involve epidemic data,epidemic prevention and control measures,resumption of work and school,epidemic related science knowledge,and supplies of various kinds;the forms of discourse can be divided into single-modal reporting and multi-modal reporting;discourse subjects mainly include government agencies,ordinary people,enterprises and government institutions,and others.This article holds that the government WeChat“Nanjing Release”has constructed not only a responsible and efficient government image,but also an honest and pro-people government image in public health emergency.
