摘要
以“妮娜皇后”葡萄为试验材料,研究不同浓度CPPU在不同时期使用对“妮娜皇后”葡萄果实生长发育的影响,为“妮娜皇后”葡萄的栽培提供一定的科学指导。于盛花期分别使用12.5 mg/L GA_(3)、25.0 mg/L GA_(3)、25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+5.0 mg/L CPPU进行处理,于花后14 d分别使用25.0 mg/L GA_(3)、25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+2.5 mg/L CPPU、25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+5.0 mg/L CPPU处理。结果表明,盛花期使用25.0 mg/L GA_(3),花后14 d使用25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+5.0 mg/L CPPU对“妮娜皇后”葡萄生长的促进效果最为显著,果实单果重是对照的123.2%;盛花期使用25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+5.0 mg/L CPPU,花后14 d使用25.0 mg/L GA_(3)对“妮娜皇后”葡萄的生长有抑制作用(相较于对照处理A),果实单果重是对照的70.19%。综上所述,在葡萄生产过程中,适当浓度的GA_(3)与CPPU可以有效促进“妮娜皇后”葡萄果实的生长,此外,不同时期使用不同浓度GA_(3)与CPPU处理都在一定范围内降低了其可溶性固形物含量,果形指数也发生改变。
In order to provide certain scientific guidance for the cultivation of“Queen Nina”grapes,this experiment used“Queen Nina”grapes as materials research and used different concentrations of GA_(3) and CPPU in“Queen Nina”grapes fruit growth at different times.A total of two treatments,using 12.5 mg/L GA_(3),25.0 mg/L GA_(3),25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+5.0 mg/L CPPU processing in peak florescence,and then using 25.0 mg/L GA_(3),25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+2.5 mg/L CPPU,25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+5.0 mg/L CPPU in 14 days after blossoming.The results showed that the best treatments was 25.0 mg/L GA_(3) applied in peak florescence and 25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+5.0 mg/L CPPU applied in 14 days after blossoming,by which the weight of single berry was increased by 123.2%than that of control.Meanwhile,the results showed that the worst treatments was 25.0 mg/L GA_(3)+5.0 mg/L CPPU applied in peak florescence and 25.0 mg/L GA_(3) applied in 14 days after blossoming,by which the weight of single berry was decreased by 70.19%than that of control.In summary,during the cultivation of grapes,the appropriate concentration of GA_(3) and CPPU could effectively promote the growth of“Queen Nina”grapes,in addition,the use of different concentrations of GA_(3) and CPPU treatments could reduce the soluble solids content,change its fruit shape index.
