摘要
为提高韭菜种植的经济效益,降低人工收割劳动强度,韭菜收割大多采用人工推扶式收割机或进口小型收割机。分析了国内外蔬菜收割机应用现状,针对现阶段应用韭菜收割机作业时出现的收割不完整、漏割、漏拾等问题,从韭菜的植物特性和收割技术要求出发,根据扶禾装置的工作原理,提出了解决思路。研制出一种新型韭菜收割机扶禾装置,替换原装置,并开展了相关试验和测试。试验结果表明,安装新研制的扶禾装置后韭菜收割机行走无障碍,无漏割、无漏拾,铺放有序,收割效率高。
In order to improve the economic benefits of leek cultivation and reduce the labor intensity of manual harvesting,manual push-back harvesters or imported small harvesters are widely used in the harvesting of leeks.This paper analyzed the application situation of vegetable harvesters at home and abroad.Aiming at the problems of incomplete harvesting,missed harvesting and missing picking when applying the leek harvester at present,starting from the characteristics and harvesting technical requirements of leek,a solution was proposed based on the working principle of straightening device.A new type of leek harvester straightening device was developed to replace the original one,and related experiments and tests were carried out.The results showed that the leek harvester equipped with the newly developed straightening device could walk freely,there was no missing harvesting or missed picking phenomenon,the leek was laid in order,and the harvesting efficiency was high.
