全面护理在行腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia

目的探讨全面护理在腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术疝气患儿的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至12月福建省三明市第一医院收治的90例腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术患儿为研究对象,采取电脑分组法将患儿分为常规组与观察组,每组各45例。常规组采取常规护理,观察组采取全面护理干预。比较两组的手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间)、生活质量、护理满意度及临床并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组的手术时间、住院时间短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的社会功能、躯体健康、生理功能、角色功能等各项生活质量评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度高于常规组,观察组的并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术患儿实施全面护理干预,临床应用价值显著,可借鉴。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia.Methods From January to December 2020,90 children patients laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia who were admitted to Sanming First Hospital were selected as the study subjects.A computerized grouping method was used to divide the children patients into the routine group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.Children patients in the routine group were given routine nursing intervention,and those in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The surgical indicators(duration of operation,intraoperative blood loss,length of stay),quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and clinical complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the duration of operation and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the blood loss during operation was less than that in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of quality of life,including social function,physical health,physiological function,role function and other indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,the total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the children patients laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia has a significant clinical application value and can be further applied as a reference.
