强化健康认知模式在胆结石患者中的护理效果

Nursing effect of strengthening health cognition model in patients with Gallstone

目的观察强化健康认知模式在胆结石患者中的护理效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月福建中医药大学附属人民医院接收的160例胆结石患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各80例。对照组接受常规护理模式,实验组进行强化健康认知模式,比较两组护理效果的优良率,胆囊收缩功能,肛门排气时间,住院时间及术后满意度情况。结果实验组的护理效果优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的胆囊收缩功能优于对照组,肛门排气时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化健康认知模式在胆结石患者的护理效果显著,安全性好,多加推广应用,有助于提高护理效果优良率,降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of strengthening health cognition mode in patients with gallstone.Methods A total of 160 cases of patients with gallstones treated in People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing mode,the experimental group was given strengthening health cognitive model,nursing effect,the gallbladder contraction function,anal exhaust time,length of hospital stay and postoperative satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in gallbladder contraction function,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time,and postoperative satisfaction between the two groups,and the difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the gallbladder contraction function of the experimental group was batter than that of the control group,the time of anal exhaust and hospitalization were shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health cognition model has a significant nursing effect in patients with gallstones,and it is safe.More popularization and application can help improve the nursing effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
