摘要
爆炸性试验是防爆设备防爆性能检测认证的关键项目,而该试验会产出废气或者可燃性气体混合物。爆炸试验尾气处理是否符合安全环保的要求是防爆设备检测机构需要关注和解决的问题。分析了直排法、空气稀释法、真空发生器稀释法三种防爆设备爆炸试验尾气处理方法,并比较了它们的优缺点及适应场景。在现有防爆设备爆炸试验装置的基础上,提出了一种基于真空发生器原理的稀释处理方法,该方法能显著提高稀释效率,具有更高的安全性和节能性。
Explosion test is a key item in explosion-proof equipment performance testing and certification,and the combustion and explosion of it will produce exhaust gas or combustible gas mixture.The test lab need to focus on exhaust gas treatment according to environmental protection and safety requirements.It analyzes three exhaust gas treatment methods,such as direct discharge method,air dilution method and vacuum generator dilution method,and compares their advantages and disadvantages as well as the suitable scenarios.Taking account of the existing explosion test equipment,a new dilution treatment method is put forward based on the vacuum generator principle,which can significantly improve the dilution efficiency,saving energy and more safe.
