摘要
黑色素是广泛存在于生物体中的一种棕黑或黑色色素,它是一类多酚聚合体或吲哚生物大分子,是头发、皮肤、植物组织等表现黑色的本源,因其具有广泛的生物活性,包括延缓衰老、调节免疫力、抗紫外、抗氧化、清除自由基、保护心血管等,所以在食品加工、化妆品开发等方面都具有广阔的应用前景.本研究以牡丹籽壳为原料,提取黑色素,通过观察、对比,研究其提取和纯化的工艺条件、抗氧化活性及作为美妆着色剂的稳定性,继而借助牡丹籽壳天然黑色素强大的抗氧化、抗紫外线、抗辐射、调节免疫、调节Ga离子代谢等功能来制作美妆产品中的眼线笔和睫毛膏.通过调节Ga离子代谢,黑色素可以调节(MCH-R1)受体,从而调节能量消耗,最终达到柔和提拉眼部皮肤、紧致肌肤的效果.
Melanin is one of the widely exists in the organism that is brown or black pigment,it is a kind of polyphenol polymers or indole biological macromolecule,which is origin of black in the hair,skin and plant tissue,because of its wide range of biological activities,including anti-aging,regulating immunity,resistance to ultraviolet,antioxidant,scavenging free radicals and protect cardiovascular,therefore,it has a broad application prospect in food processing and cosmetic development.In this study,peony seed shell is used as raw material to extract melanin.Through observation and comparison,the extraction and purification process conditions,antioxidant activity and stability as a beauty colorant are studied.Then,eyeliners and mascara cream in cosmetic products are made with the help of the powerful antioxidant,anti-ultraviolet,anti-radiation,immune regulation,Ga-ion metabolism regulation and other functions.By regulating GA-ion metabolism,melanin can regulate(MCH-R1)receptor so as to regulate energy consumption,and finally achieve the effect of gently lifting and tightening eye skin.
