摘要 以高良姜根茎为原料,研究高良姜多糖的微波提取工艺。利用单因素实验和Box-Behnken响应面实验相结合,以多糖得率作为响应值,以料液比、提取时间、微波功率作为优化对象自变量,建立响应面回归模型,筛选出高良姜粗多糖的最佳微波提取工艺。最终得出高良姜多糖的最优微波提取条件是:料液比(g∶mL)1∶45,提取时间20 min,微波功率350 W。在此最佳提取工艺条件下,高良姜多糖的实际得率为12.34%,与模型预测值接近,该模型拟合程度较高。对高良姜多糖产率的主要影响因素从大到小依次为:微波功率>提取时间>料液比。采用微波提取技术提取高良姜多糖具有省力高效的优点,为后续高良姜多糖深入开发利用奠定了理论基础。 The microwave extraction process of galangal polysaccharide was studied with galangal rhizome as raw material.Using the combination of single factor experiment and Box-Behnken response surface experiment,taking the polysaccharide yield as the response value and the material solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and microwave power as the independent variables of the optimization object,the response surface regression model was established to screen the best microwave extraction process of galangal crude polysaccharide.Finally,the optimum microwave extraction conditions of galangal polysaccharide were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶45(g/mL),extraction time 20min and Microwave Power 350W.Under the optimum extraction conditions,the actual yield of galangal polysaccharide was 12.34%,which was close to the predicted value of the model,and the fitting degree of the model was high.The main influencing factors on the yield of galangal polysaccharide were as follows:microwave power>extraction time>solid-liquid ratio.Using microwave extraction technology to extract galangal polysaccharide has the advantages of labor-saving and high efficiency,which lays a theoretical foundation for the further development and utilization of galangal polysaccharide.
