摘要
为了实现工程量清单计价在BIM平台的集成,以BIM主流软件Revit为平台,提出一种直接Revit模型,进行钢筋混凝土框架主体结构的工程量快速提取和造价计算方法,并在此基础上通过Revit API开发了Revit结构算量计价系统。通过该系统直接提取Revit主体结构模型中的钢筋、混凝土和模板工程量,并将主体结构模型中的材料属性与相关清单项目自动匹配,快速完成主体结构模型的造价计算,形成工程量计价清单表格。通过对一幢五层的钢筋混凝土框架结构进行算例分析,演示了本文方法的操作过程,验证了基于Revit二次开发进行工程算量计价的可行性。通过与广联达算量计价软件的计算结果进行比较分析,本研究开发的Revit结构算量计价系统能够直接、快速地得到较准确的结果。
In order to realize the integration of bill of quantities pricing in BIM,using the mainstream BIM software,Revit,as the platform,a method is proposed for calculating project quantity and cost of reinforced concrete main structure directly based on the Revit software,and a system of bill of quantities pricing installed in Revit is developed based on Revit API.Through the system,the quantities of reinforcement,concrete and formwork of Revit model can be extracted directly,and the material properties in Revit model can be automatically matched with the relevant bill items,so as to complete the cost calculation of main structure model quickly and form the bill of quantities.An example of a five-story reinforced concrete frame structure is analyzed to demonstrate the operation process of this method,which verifies the feasibility for calculating project quantity and cost based on the redevelopment of Revit.By comparing with the calculation results of Glodon software,the system we develop can get accurate results directly and quickly.
