老年原发性高血压患者健康管理能力及适应状况分析

Correlation between health management ability and adaptability of elderly patients with essential hypertension

目的分析老年原发性高血压患者健康管理能力及适应状况间的相关性。方法前瞻纳入2017年1月至2020年10月符合条件的老年原发性高血压患者93例,于治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月分别对患者的健康管理能力及适应状况进行评估,观察患者健康管理能力(使用健康管理能力量表评估)及适应状况[使用疾病心理社会适应量表(PAIS-SR)评估]的变化,并检验健康管理能力及适应状况之间的相关性。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月时老年原发性高血压患者健康管理能力各分量表评分和总分均逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月时老年原发性高血压患者适应状况量表PAIS-SR各维度评分与总分逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson直线相关性分析显示,健康管理能力量表分量表评分、总分与适应状况量表PAIS-SR各维度评分、总分呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论老年原发性高血压患者治疗后,健康管理能力逐渐升高,适应状况逐渐改善,患者健康管理能力及适应状况之间存在明显相关性,二者可能相互影响。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the health management ability and adaptability of elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 93 eligible elderly patients with essential hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2020 were enrolled in the study,.The health management ability and adaptability of the patients were evaluated before treatment,at 1m,3m after treatment,and the changes of health management ability[assessed by health management ability scale]and adaptability[assessed by self-report psychosocial adjustment to illness scale(PAIS-SR)]of patients were analyzed,moreover,the correlation between health management ability and adaptability was analyzed.Results Compared with those before treatment,,the scores of each subscale and total scores of health management ability were increased gradually,however,the scores of each dimension and total scores of adaptability scale PAIS-SR were decreased significantly(P<0.05).Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that the subscale score and total scores of health management ability scale were negatively correlated with the scores of each dimension and total scores of PAIS-SR(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment,the ability of health management in elderly patients with essential hypertension is gradually increased,and the adaptability is gradually improved,there is a significant correlation between health management ability and adaptability,and both of them may affect each other.
