量化评估导引式双分管理对首发精神分裂症青少年患者的影响

Quantitative assessment of the effects of guided dual-point nursing on the first-episode of schizophrenia in adolescents

目的观察量化评估导引式双分护理对首发精神分裂症青少年患者的影响效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月住院的首发精神分裂症青少年患者60例,单号病室入住的30例设为对照组,双号病室入住的30例病例设为试验组。对照组按精神分裂症护理常规施护,试验组接受多措并举创优护理干预,比较2组干预后的各观察指标(治疗依从性、症状评分和生活质量评分)。结果试验组青少年首发精神分裂症者干预后治疗依从率和生活质量评分显著高于对照组,精神症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用量化评估导引式双分护理对首发精神分裂症青少年患者施加干预,可显著提高其治疗依从率,改善其精神症状,提升其生活质量。

Objective To quantitatively evaluate the effects of guided dual-point nursing on the first-episode of schizophrenia in adolescents.Methods A tptal of 60 adolescents with first-episode of schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in the syudy,the patients hospitaled in single number ward were enrolled as control group,and those hospitaled in even numbers ward were enrolled as experimental group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by quantitative evaluation-guided two-point nursing.After treatment,the treatment compliance,symptom scores and life quality scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment compliance and life quality scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,however,the mental symptom scores were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of quantitative evaluation-guided two-point nursing can significantly improve the treatment compliance rate of adolescents with first-episode of schizophrenia,and improve the mental symptoms and life quality of patients.
