大型综合体周边小型商铺消防监督管理探究

Study on fire supervision and management of small shops around large complexes

随着我国经济发展速度和城市化进程的加快,城市建筑密度和容积持续增大。为满足城市居民的日常生活和娱乐消费的需求,建设大型综合体成为了城市发展的主流趋势。大型综合体的存在虽然给城市居民带来了生活上的方便,但其潜在的火灾风险性却不容忽视,本文结合大型综合体周边小型商铺的基本特征,分析了大型综合体周边小型商铺的消防安全隐患,并针对消防监督管理工作提出了几点建议,以期为相关工作者带来一定的参考。

With the acceleration of our country’s economic development and the process of urbanization,the density and volume of urban buildings continue to increase.In order to meet the daily life and entertainment consumption needs of urban residents,the construction of large complexes has become the mainstream trend of urban development.Although large complexes bring convenience to urban residents,its potential fire risk can’t be ignored.This paper combines the basic characteristics of small shops around large complexes and analyzes fire risks of small shops around large complexes,and puts forward some suggestions for fire supervision and management work.Hope to bring certain reference for relevant workers.
