高层建筑火灾致因因素及防火安全探究

Study on causes of fire in high-rise buildings and fire safety

文章针对当前我国高层建筑存在的安全隐患,从高层建筑物易发火灾的特点及其起因分析研究,结合高层建筑特点提出了防火安全管理措施及对策。具体而言,包括高层建筑相关政策、初期设计、中期实施以及后期管理等方面进行针对性的分析,并提出在高层建筑设计布局、加强疏散通道管理以及提高群众的防灾意识等方面采取相应措施。

In view of the current risks of high-rise buildings in our country,this paper analyzes and studies the characteristics and causes of highrise buildings fire,and puts forward fire safety management measures and countermeasures based on the characteristics of high-rise buildings.Specifically,it analyses related policies about high-rise buildings,initial design,mid-term implementation,later management and so on.And the paper proposes corresponding measures in the design and layout of highrise buildings,strengthen management of evacuation routes,and enhance people’s awareness of disaster prevention.
