Research progress on antiretroviral therapy adherence in adolescents living with HIV/AIDS

综述人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)/艾滋病(AIDS)青少年治疗依从性现状、影响因素及评估量表,指出HIV/AIDS青少年病人服药依从性受病人基线特征、告知状况、自我效能、抗病毒治疗相关认知以及家庭支持的影响,未来研究人员可以针对这些因素制定并实施有效措施以提高病人的服药依从性,并联合社会相关人员积极宣传、普及关于HIV的健康知识。

It reviewed status quo of treatment compliance,influencing factors and assessment scale of HIV/AIDS adolescents,and pointed out that medication compliance of HIV/AIDS adolescents was affected by patients'baseline characteristics,information status,self⁃efficacy,ART⁃related cognition and family support.In the future,researchers could formulate and implement effective measures to improve patients'medication compliance according to these factors,and actively publicize and popularize HIV health knowledge together with relevant social personnel.
