论乡村振兴视域下乡村文化的历史变迁及路径重构

On the Historical Changes and Path Reconstruction of Rural Culture from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的重要组成部分。中国乡村文化经历了从道德情感维系的伦理型文化(礼治)到政治信仰引领的政治型文化(理治),再到理性思考主导的法治型文化(法治)的文化变迁过程。进入新时代以来,中国乡村文化在文化载体、文化主体、文化范型等方面呈现出前所未有的新样态及发展特征。为此,需要重构既融合传统乡村文化,又有别于传统的新时代乡村文化,从以下三个维度开拓乡村文化建设的新路径:一是增量提质,开发和优化乡村文化载体资源;二是落实责任,激发乡村文化主体的内在动力;三是完善制度,确保乡村文化生态的风清气正。

The development of rural culture is an important part of rural revitalization.China’s rural culture has undergone great changes,from ethical culture maintained by moral emotion(rule of etiquette)to political culture led by political belief(rule of politics),and then to the legal culture dominated by rational thinking(rule of law).In the new era,China’s rural culture has developed new forms and characteristics in the aspects of cultural carrier,cultural subject and cultural paradigm.Therefore,it is necessary for us to reconstruct the rural culture in the new era,which not only incorporates,but also differs from the traditional rural culture,in the following three dimensions:The first is to develop and optimize the rural culture carrier in terms of both the quality and quantity;The second is to implement the responsibility and stimulate the motivation of the rural cultural subjects;The third is to improve the system to protect the rural cultural ecology.
