师范院校基础研究能力提升路径探析——基于X学院近年来获批NCFS的分析

摘要 国家自然科学基金资助数是反映一个单位科研实力的重要评价指标,也可间接预测其未来基础研究的发展水平和趋势。基于某地方高师院校科研管理平台和科研团队平台数据库,对2016年至2020年的国家自然科学基金申报和立项数量、资助学部、资助项目类别和申报人员结构特征等方面进行整理和分析,在深入研究该校科研现状的基础上,探讨当前该校基础研究能力提升面临的困境。为此,应从科研文化氛围、均衡学科发展、打造科研团队和构建评价指标等方面提升该校的基础研究能力,为该校学科和科研事业高质量发展提供科学依据和建议,同时也为其他同类型地方院校提供借鉴。 The number of the projects sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)is an important evaluation index to reflect the scientific research strength of an institution,by which we can indirectly predict the development level and trend of its future basic research.Based on the database of the scientific research management platform and the scientific research team platform of X university,a wide range of data were sorted out and analyzed,such as the number of applications for NSFC sponsored projects,the number of projects approved,the sponsored departments,the categories of sponsored projects and the structural characteristics of applicants from 2016 to 2020.Based on the in-depth study of the current situation of scientific research in X university,the researcher discussed the difficulties in the improvement of the basic research ability.We should focus on the following aspects,such as the cultural atmosphere of scientific research,balancing the development of disciplines,talent team building,constructing the evaluation index system,which can provide scientific basis and suggestions for the high quality development of scientific research in X university and other universities as well.
