重型成型机关键功能部件与成型过程数值仿真

摘要 通过建立重型成型机三维模型,对其关键功能部件进行有限元分析,校核了重型成型机上下横梁、左右立柱和液压油缸的主要工作参数、关键功能部件的工作强度,同时基于金属塑性成形有限元分析软件Deform对成型过程进行了数值仿真,单独分析模具应力及变形分布与整体分析应力及变形分布的数据基本保持一致,分析结果可以预测模具和机身的变形趋势。 This article makes the finite element analysis to the key functional parts of Heavy duty forming press by 3D model of establishing,and check the technical data of top and bottom cross-beams,left and right uprights and oil cylinders,as well as the working rigidity of key parts for Heavy duty forming press.Meanwhile,the numerical simulation of forming process is made based on the metal plastic forming finite element analysis software Deform,The stress and deformation distribution of the tool analyzed separately is basically consistent with that of the whole analysis,and the analysis results can predict the deformation trend of the tool and the machine body.
