摘要
旋转机械长期在重载、高温、高速等恶劣复杂条件下工作,不可避免地发生故障,因此旋转机械故障诊断在机械工程中有着重要的应用,这促使许多学者致力于该领域的研究。本文通过大量文献分析,对旋转机械故障诊断技术进行了总结和归纳,分析展示了旋转机械故障诊断的研究现状,从谱峭度、排列熵、深度学习和稀疏表示法四个方面详细阐述了研究热点,最后对该技术的发展前景进行了展望。
Rotating machinery has been working under severe and complex conditions such as heavy load,high temperature and high speed for a long time,and failures inevitably occur.Therefore,the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery has an important application in mechanical engineering,which has prompted many scholars to devote themselves to research in this field.Through a large amount of literature analysis,the fault diagnosis technology of rotating machinery has been summarized in the text,while the current research status of fault diagnosis of rotating machinery has been analyzed and displayed.The research hotpots have been elaborated in details from the four aspects including the spectral kurtosis,permutation entropy,deep learning and sparse representation.Finally,the development of this technology has been prospected.
