摘要
目前汽车轻量化已成主流趋势。激光落料线有着传统开卷落料线不可比拟的优势,机器人堆垛单元是其中的主要单元。本文主要研究了机器人堆垛单元中的关键技术,采用机器视觉和机器人同步动态抓取实现对输送皮带上板材的自动识别、同步抓取、准确堆垛。
At present,the lightweight of automobiles has become the mainstream.The laser blanking line has incomparable advantages over the traditional uncoiling blanking line,and the robot stacking unit is the main unit.The key technologies in the robot stacking unit have been mainly studied in the text.The machine vision and robot synchronous dynamic grabbing have been adopted to realize automatic identification,synchronous grabbing,and accurate stacking of the plates on the conveyor belt.
