过磷酸钙与双氰胺对猪粪便的堆肥效果研究

摘要 为研究过磷酸钙(SSP)与双氰胺(DCD)对猪固体粪便堆肥效果的影响,以猪场经固液分离后的固体粪便为原材料,分别以过磷酸钙和双氰胺为添加剂进行好氧堆肥试验,并测定堆肥前后各成分的变化。结果表明:经堆肥处理后,各处理组有机碳含量显著降低(P<0.05),与堆肥前相比SSP处理组、DCD处理组和对照组分别降低了12.64%、15.79%、8.38%,SSP和DCD均具有促进有机碳降解的作用,其中DCD处理效果最好;不同处理组全N含量均显著提升(P<0.05),但SSP处理组全N含量显著高于DCD处理组和对照组(P<0.05),处理后全N的含量为23.56 g/kg;堆肥后的总P含量SSP处理组显著高于DCD处理组和对照组(P<0.05),SSP处理组总P含量达到15.43 g/kg。因此,SSP和DCD均可作为添加剂加快堆肥中有机质的降解,提高堆肥产品中全N及全P的含量,其中添加SSP的堆肥效果较好,堆肥后可以作为氮肥有机肥进行施用。研究结果对猪粪堆肥中添加剂的选择具有一定的参考意义。 To study the effects of additives superphosphate and dicyandiamide on the composting effect of swine solid manure,the solid manure after solid-liquid separation was used as raw material,and superphosphate(SSP)and dicyandiamide(DCD)were used as the additives to test for aerobic composting,and the changes of various components before and after composting were measured.The results showed that after composting,the organic carbon content of each treatment group significantly reduced(P<0.05)by 12.64%,15.79%,and 8.38%,respectively in SSP treatment group,DCD treatment group,and control group relative to before composting.And SSP and DCD promoted the degradation of organic carbon,among which the DCD treatment effect was the best.The total nitrogen and total nitrogen content of each treatment group significantly increased(P<0.05).The total nitrogen content of the SSP treatment group was significantly higher than that of the DCD treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),the total nitrogen content after treatment was 23.56 g/kg.The total phosphorus content after composting in the SSP treatment group was significantly higher than that in the DCD treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the total phosphorus content in the SSP treatment group reached 15.43 g/kg.Therefore,both SSP and DCD can be used as additives to accelerate the degradation of organic matter in the compost and increase the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the compost products,and the compost effect of adding SSP is better.After composting,it can be applied as nitrogen fertilizer organic fertilizer,which has certain reference significance for the selection of additives in pig manure composting.
