广东省肉羊产业发展现状调查和发展模式思考

Status and Countermeasures of Mutton Sheep Industry Development in Guangdong Province

广东省作为羊肉消费大省,是中国羊肉主销区之一,消费市场十分活跃。但由于省内肉羊产业发展还不成熟,广东省羊肉供应严重不足,省内羊肉市场存在产量低、需求量大和价格偏高等特点。为了探索适合广东省肉羊产业健康发展的模式,该文在对广东省肉羊产业进行调研的基础上,根据广东省肉羊产业概况和特点进行分析,总结当前存在的问题,提出一些针对广东省肉羊发展模式和促进肉羊产业发展的建议。

As a major mutton consumption province,Guangdong Province is one of the main mutton sales areas in China,and the consumer market is very active.However,due to the immature development of the mutton industry in the province,the supply of mutton in Guangdong is seriously insufficient.The mutton market in the province is characterized by low output,large demand and high prices.In order to explore a model suitable for the healthy development of the mutton sheep industry in Guangdong Province,this article mainly demonstrated the current situation of mutton production,prices and mutton sheep industry development,summarized the existing problems,and put forward several countermeasures of mutton sheep industry development in Guangdong Province.
