摘要
随机调查常州大学新校区332名在校大学生,探究了校园归属感、学习自我效能和学习投入度三者之间的关系,基于文献研究确立了校园归属感的四个维度即制度、环境、人文关怀以及文化活动,学习自我效能包含了基本能力感与控制感两个维度。通过实证研究得出:制度、环境、人文关怀以及文化活动与基本能力感、控制感之间存在正向影响关系,基本能力感、控制感与学习投入度之间存在正向影响关系。以上成果丰富了学习投入方面的研究,为高校提升学生学习投入度提供了理论支持。
Randomly taking 332 college students in new campus of Changzhou University as the research object, this paper explores the relationship between campus belonging, learning self-efficacy and learning Input. Based on literature research, the dimension of campus belonging is established, namely system, environment, human care and culture. In the four aspects of activity, learning self-efficacy includes two dimensions: self-sufficiency and control. Through empirical research, it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between institutional, environmental, humanistic care and cultural activities and self-capacity and sense of control. There is a positive relationship between self-awareness, control and learning engagement. The above results have enriched the research on learning input and provided theoretical support for colleges and universities to enhance students’ learning Input.
