名校长工作室是近年来培养培训校长的一种新方式,不同于以往教育主管部门举办的校长培训,贵州省黄利君校长工作室打破传统的学习理论、听听讲座等培训方式,以"双主体互动式"课堂教学方式改革为抓手,探索出了1+N的名校长工作室研训方式,推动了本校和地区教育的发展。
