校长工作室研训方式研究——以贵州省黄利君校长工作室为例

摘要 名校长工作室是近年来培养培训校长的一种新方式,不同于以往教育主管部门举办的校长培训,贵州省黄利君校长工作室打破传统的学习理论、听听讲座等培训方式,以"双主体互动式"课堂教学方式改革为抓手,探索出了1+N的名校长工作室研训方式,推动了本校和地区教育的发展。 Recently, prominent Schoolmaster’ s workroom is to develop a new way of training the principal, which differs from previous headmaster training held by the competent department of education.How to improve the effect of the workshop’s research and training methods Huang lijun principal’s workshop in Guizhou Province breaks the traditional way of learning theory and listening to the lecture, which based on "double subject interactive classroom teaching reform"explores the inquest into 1+N principal’s research and training methods, to promote the development of the school education and region.
