高校公共卫生事件中网民态度倾向研究

Study on the Attitude Tendency of Internet Users in Public Health Events in Colleges

在互联网时代和疫情防控的双重背景下,高校公共卫生事件容易形成网络舆情,在对J省A高校和C高校两起公共卫生事件的舆情分析中发现,网民对高校应急管理的反应呈一边倒的质疑、批评和担忧态度,这种态度倾向的形成有三方面的原因:一是高校应急处理的能力决定网民态度;二是多重效应叠加影响网民态度;三是媒体报道的偏失推动网民态度。基于此,我们提出高校需要从健全监控预警机制、优化应急处置机制和完善事后应急处置机制三方面着手,切实提高公共卫生事件应急管理能力,妥善处理舆情,改善高校与社会、线下与线上的关系。

Under the dual background of Internet era and epidemic prevention and control,public health events in Colleges and universities are easy to form network public opinion.In the analysis of public opinion of two public health events in Colleges and universities a and C in J Province,it is found that the response of Internet users to the emergency management of colleges and universities is one-sided questioning,criticism and worry.There are three reasons for the formation of this attitude tendency:1.The emergency response ability of colleges and universities determines the attitude of Internet users;2.Multiple effects influence netizens’attitude;3.The bias of media reports promotes the attitude of netizens.Based on this,we propose that colleges and universities need to improve the monitoring and early warning mechanism,optimize the emergency response mechanism,and improve the post emergency response mechanism,so as to effectively improve the emergency management ability of public health events,properly handle public opinion,and improve the relationship between colleges and universities and society,offline and online.
