摘要 目前大多数应用型本科高校法律人才的主流培养方法,是以培养法律职业者为目标,采用法学经卷教育、法律实践训练、法律伦理养成“三模块”相结合的模式。在该种育人模式的运行过程中,各应用型本科高校或多或少地出现了“三模块”教育上的短板,特别是在法律实践训练、法律伦理养成上的不足尤为明显。要解决这一问题,法学教育者在思想上需要回归到法律职业与法学教学的紧密而同质的关系上,行动上则要以法律职业教育为导向,优化或构建法律实践课程体系、知识体系、学生职业能力体系、高校法学师资构成体系。 The "three module" training mode of legal education aiming at training specific legal occupation refers to the training mode of three core contents, namely, the education of legal Scripture, the training of legal practice and the formation of legal ethics. In the implementation of the "three module" training mode, every application undergraduate university has appeared more or less short boards of "three modules" education, but deficiencies in legal practice training and legal ethics formation are particularly prominent. To solve these problems, we should return to the close and homogeneous relationship between the legal profession and the legal teaching in thought, and take the legal vocational education as the guidance in action, optimize or construct the legal practice curriculum system, the knowledge system, the students’ professional ability system, and the university legal teacher resource system.
