摘要
“新基建”、“中国制造2025”等国家创新发展战略深入推进,新一代信息技术加速向经济社会各领域融合渗透,对高职院校新一代信息技术人才培养提出了新要求。通过分析新一代信息技术产业要求复合型人才应具备的自主学习、工程实践、融合创新、绿色发展四个关键能力,厘清人才培养面临的问题和挑战,引入OBE教育理念和CDIO工程教育模式,围绕需求、目标、过程、评价、改进五个层面,提出基于OBE-CDIO的新一代信息技术人才培养模式。
New infrastructure,Made in China 2025 and other national innovation and development strategies have been further promoted,and the new generation information technology has accelerated its integration and penetration into various fields of economy and society,which puts forward new requirements for the personnel cultivation of new generation information technology in higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the four key abilities of self-learning,engineering practice,integrated innovation and green development required by the new generation information technology industry,the paper clarifies the problems and challenges faced by personnel cultivation,introduces OBE education concept and CDIO engineering education mode,and puts forward the personnel cultivation mode of the new generation information technology based on OBE-CDIO from five aspects of demand,goal,process,evaluation and improvement:.
