摘要
劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容。通过对广东省88所高职院校劳动教育的现状进行调查发现,目前高职院校劳动教育存在劳动观念缺失、学校劳动教育边缘化、劳动实践资源匮乏等问题。提高劳动教育水平和质量,需要多方合力,创新劳动教育模式,将劳动教育融入教学活动,完善考核;同时打造信念引领、日常行为、实践服务、以文化人四重机制,将劳动教育与专业特色相结合。
Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.By investigating the status quo of labor education in 88 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province,it is found that there are some problems in labor education in higher vocational colleges,such as lack of labor concepts,marginalization of school labor education and lack of labor practice resources.To improve the level and quality of labor education,we need to work together to innovate labor education models,integrate labor education into teaching activities,and improve assessment system;and we need to build a four-fold mechanism of faith guidance,daily behavior,practical service and cultural people,and combine labor education with professional characteristics.
