摘要
LNG具有较高的饱和压力,极易发生气化,当LNG接收系统有阀门开启或关闭、泵启停等操作时会出现严重的水锤现象,因此在进行工程设计中必须要采取措施减少水锤对系统造成的危害。通过使用AFT Impluse对某LNG接收站卸料管道进行不同工况下的水锤分析,校核管线设计压力,并选择合理的阀门的关闭方式以减小水锤。
LNG has a high saturation pressure and is prone to gasif ication.Severe water hammer phenomenon will occur when the LNG receiving system has valve opening or closing,pump start and stop and other operations.Therefore,measures must be taken to reduce the damage caused by water hammer in the engineering design.AFT Impluse is used to analyze the water hammer of the discharge pipeline of a LNG receiving station under different working conditions,check the design pressure of the pipeline,and select a reasonable valve closing way to reduce the water hammer.
