减压蒸馏装置的改进及其在有机废液回收中的应用

摘要 对传统的减压蒸馏装置进行了改进,改用金属毛细管替换玻璃毛细管、数字式压力表替换水银压力计、气体干燥管替换玻璃吸收塔。克服了玻璃毛细管制备费时、易破损、玻璃吸收塔安装费时、填料不易更换等问题。将改进型减压蒸馏装置用于高沸点有机废液的回收利用,提高了实验的安全性和便捷性,达到了有机化学实验绿色化的目的。 The traditional vacuum distillation unit was improved by replacing glass capillary with metal capillary,replacing mercury pressure gauge with digital pressure gauge and replacing glass absorption tower with gas drying tube.It overcomes the problems of time-consuming preparation of glass capillary,easy damage,and time-consuming installation of glass absorption tower and diff icult replacement of packing.The improved vacuum distillation unit was used for the recovery and utilization of high boiling point organic waste liquid,which improved the safety and convenience of the experiment and achieved the goal of green organic chemistry experiment.
