燃油加油机实际检测中的问题及对策

燃油加油机是成品油流通贸易结算重要计量器具,燃油加油机检定工作非常重要。标准金属量器标准装置为原始法容量计量标准,最大允许误差优于0.05%,计量颈液位高度采用人工读取计量颈标尺方式。加油机检定结果准确性关系到消费者合法权益。传统依靠人工检定加油机方式存在许多问题,需要研究控制检测过程,保证加油机检测结果准确性。随着国内机动车保有量快速增长,公众日益重视燃油计量的准确性。文章介绍燃油加油机检定的意义,分析加油机检定中存在的问题,探讨加强检测控制措施。

Fuel dispensing machine is an important measuring instrument for the settlement of ref ined oil circulation trade,and the verif ication of fuel dispensing machine is very important.The standard device of standard metal gauge is the original method capacity measurement standard,the maximum allowable error is better than 0.05%,and the height of measurement neck level is read by manual measurement neck scale.The accuracy of the test result is related to the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.There are many problems in the traditional manual verif ication of the tanker,so it is necessary to study the control testing process to ensure the accuracy of the tanker testing results.With the rapid growth of motor vehicle ownership in China,the public pay more and more attention to the accuracy of fuel metering.This paper introduces the signif icance of fuel tanker verif ication,analyzes the problems existing in the verif ication of fuel tanker,and discusses the measures to strengthen the detection and control.
