After long-term production and operation,the production equipment of pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises will have a decline in operation quality due to the influence of high temperature,corrosion,high pressure and other factors.It is bound to carry out regular maintenance to ensure the safety of the maintenance process and effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents,which has become the focus of enterprise safety management and control.This paper focuses on the common safety problems and preventive measures in the maintenance process of production devices in pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises,and analyzes the common safety problems and countermeasures in the maintenance of pharmaceutical and chemical production devices from four aspects,maintenance safety risk identif ication,special operation control in the maintenance process,safety education and training of maintenance personnel,and safety inspection before startup after maintenance.
