摘要
由于某平台油田开发方案里天然气系统没有液烃回收流程,随着油气田开发生产,天然气流程析出了大量液烃,为了合理利用平台液烃资源,同时消除液烃给平台生产流程和下游原油储罐带来的影响,自行设计了一套天然气液烃回收流程,通过液烃收集、静置分离脱水、增压外输,顺利实现了液烃的回收利用。现场流程改造分为一期低压液烃回收流程改造和二期高压液烃回收流程改造,截至目前该流程应用效果良好,成功解决了液烃带来的设备问题和火炬黑烟问题。
Due to a platform in the oil f ield development plan no liquid hydrocarbon recovery process gas system,with the production of oil and gas f ield development,gas precipitation process a large amount of liquid hydrocarbon,in order to reasonable use of liquid hydrocarbon resources platform,and eliminate the liquid hydrocarbon to platform production process and downstream of the impact of oil storage tanks,designed a set of natural gas liquid hydrocarbon recovery process,Through liquid hydrocarbon collection,static separation and dehydration,pressurized external transport,the recovery and utilization of liquid hydrocarbon are successfully realized.The on-site process transformation is divided into the f irst stage of low-pressure liquid hydrocarbon recovery process transformation and the second stage of high-pressure liquid hydrocarbon recovery process transformation.So far,the application effect of this process is good,and the equipment problems caused by liquid hydrocarbon and the black smoke problem of torch have been successfully solved.
