Application Research on Reducing the Error Rate of Semi-hull Penetration

近年来随着深水油气田开发的加快发展,半潜设施及浮式技术也逐渐被海工行业重视,船体开孔管理及差错率控制也成为设计制造及全周期的关注点之一。文章以半潜项目开孔问题为出发点,在实际项目过程中,通过科学管理方法和全方位分析实践,对降低半潜船体开孔差错率做应用研究,为后续项目提出指导方向。

In recent years,with the acceleration of deep-water oil and gas f ield development,semi submersible facilities and floating technology have gradually been paid attention to by the marine industry.Hull opening management and error rate control have also become one of the concerns of design and manufacturing and the whole cycle.Based on the opening problem of semi submersible project,through scientif ic management methods and all-round analysis and practice,this paper makes an application research on reducing the opening error rate of semi submersible ship,and puts forward the guiding direction for subsequent projects.
