混合式教学在婴儿沐浴技能教学中的实践

摘要 目的:探讨混合式教学在婴儿沐浴技能教学中的应用效果。方法:选取我院19级全日制专科护生99名(2个教学班级)为研究对象,将2个班级随机分为实验组(n=50)与对照组(n=49);对照组应用传统教学,实验组采用混合式教学,比较两组护生综合能力考核成绩、单项技能操作考核成绩,并采用自制问卷调查进行护生自评、护生对教学方法的评价。结果:实验组护生对混合式教学总体评价较高;综合能力考核成绩、单项技能操作考核成绩高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。结论:综合救护技能模拟训练在婴儿沐浴技能教学中应用效果显著,值得推广。 Objective:To explore the application effect of mixed teaching in infant bathing skills teaching.Methods:Ninety-nine full-time nursing students(two teaching classes)in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the two classes were randomly divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=49).Traditional teaching was used in the control group,and mixed teaching was used in the experimental group.The scores of comprehensive ability examination and single skill operation examination of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Self-evaluation of nursing students and evaluation of teaching methods by nursing students were conducted by self-made questionnaire.Results:Nursing students in the experimental group have a high overall evaluation of mixed teaching.The scores of comprehensive ability examination and single skill operation examination were higher than those of nursing students in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive rescue skill simulation training in infant bathing skill teaching is effective and worth popularizing.
