基于数据挖掘含黄精成方用药规律与临床应用探析

Analysis of the prescription and clinical application of Polygonatum prescription preparations based on data mining

目的:研究《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准——中药成方制剂》(《中药部颁标准》)中含黄精方剂的组方规律。方法:依照纳入与排除标准,筛选《中药部颁标准》所载的含黄精方剂,将方剂信息录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),基于该平台的关联规则分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,对《中药部颁标准》中含黄精方剂的组方规律进行分析。结果:筛选出内服方95首,涉及药物324味,使用频次高于10的药物有34味,最常用的前10味依次是黄精、熟地黄、何首乌、黄芪、枸杞子、当归、山药、甘草、淫羊藿、菟丝子。得到常用药物组合20个,最常用的如熟地黄-黄精,何首乌-黄精,黄精-枸杞子等。得到主治证候41个,最常见的为肝肾亏虚证、肾精亏虚证、气血两虚证。得到主治疾病52种,较常见的为健忘、虚劳。结论:含黄精方剂遣以不同药物进行配伍组合,调和五脏以补肾为先,温养气血,阴阳并调,葆形毓神,契合衰老的病机,为中药黄精的组方配伍应用,以及现代抗衰老研究提供了新的思路,亦为中药新药研发提供了有价值的组方参考。

Objective:To study the composition rule of the compound formula containing Polygonatum in the“People’s Republic of China’s Ministry of Health Drug Standards-Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations”(“Ministry of Traditional Chinese Medicine”).Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,screen the compound formula containing Polygonatum contained in the standard issued by the Ministry of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Enter these prescriptions into the traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V2.5).Based on the data mining method of the platform,the rule of the prescription of Polygonatum prescription contained in the standard issued by the Ministry of Chinese Medicine was analyzed.Results:A total of 95 compound formula were selected,involving 324 kinds of Chinese materia medica.There are 34 kinds of Chinese materia medica used more than 10 times.The top 10 most commonly used are Polygonatum,Rehmannia glutinosa,Polygonum multiflorum,Astragalus,wolfberry,angelica,yam,licorice,Epimedium,dodder seed.A total of 20 commonly used Chinese materia medica combinations were obtained,the most commonly used are Rehmannia glutinosa-Polygonatum,Polygonum multiflorum-Polygonatum,Polygonatum-medlar,etc.A total of 41 attending syndromes were obtained.The most common syndromes were liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,kidney essence deficiency syndrome and Qi and blood deficiency syndrome.A total of 52 kinds of main diseases were obtained,and the more common ones were forgetfulness and idleness.Conclusion:The prescription containing Polygonatum can be combined with different drugs to harmonize the five internal organs,first tonifying the kidney,warming and nourishing Qi and blood,regulating Yin and Yang,keeping shape and spirit,fitting the pathogenesis of aging.It provides a new idea for the compatibility and application of Polygonatum and modern anti-aging research,and also provides a valuable reference for the research and development of new drugs.
