警察性别差异对家庭暴力案件处置的影响

家庭暴力是一种较为普遍的侵犯人权的行为。在我国,受传统文化以及警察对家庭暴力案件的态度、认识和工作技巧等因素的影响,警察在家暴案件处置中的作用还未得到充分发挥。调查显示,警察性别、所接受的相关培训以及单位领导对家庭暴力案件处置的重视程度等因素与家庭暴力案件的处置效果之间存在显著联系。在家暴案件处置中,由男女警察共同参与的处警组合能够取得较好的效果。为进一步提升家暴案件办理的整体效果,公安机关应尽量安排男女民警共同参与此类案件的处置工作,将社会性别教育、家庭暴力处置技巧等内容纳入警察培训课程,并建立健全家暴案件处置考核制度。

Domestic violence is a relatively common violation of human rights.In China,due to the influence of traditional culture and the police's attitude,understanding and working skills towards domestic violence cases,the role of the police in handling domestic violence cases has not been fully played.The investigation shows that there is a significant relationship between the treatment effect of domestic violence cases and the factors such as the gender of police,the relevant training received,and the importance attached to the treatment of domestic violence cases by unit leaders.In dealing with domestic violence cases,the combination of male and female police officers can achieve better results.In order to further improve the overall effect of handling domestic violence cases,public security organs should try to arrange male and female police officers to participate in the handling of such cases,integrate gender education and domestic violence handling skills into police training courses,and establish and improve the assessment system for handling domestic violence cases.
