Research on Precise Description of Operational Task

作为核心的作战信息,作战任务必须得以准确表达和一致性理解。从联合作战筹划与实施、军队信息化建设两个方面,分析了作战任务精确化描述的重要作用;按照通用、规范、定量化的要求,以任务定义、任务属性、任务条件和任务指标为基本要素,提出了作战任务精确化描述的基本形式;结合我军现状,探讨了推进我军作战任务精确化描述的主要对策。

As the core operational information,operational task must be accurately expressed and consistently understood.The importance of precise description of operational task is analyzed from two aspects of joint operation planning and implementation and military information construction.According to the general,standard and quantitative requirements,the basic form of precise description of operational task is put forward with operational definition,operational attributes,operational conditions and mission indexes.Combined with the present situation of our army,the main countermeasures to promote the precise description of Chinese military’s operational task is discussed.
