串联增强型四轨电磁发射器轨道电磁特性分析

摘要 为更好地评估串联增强型四轨电磁发射器轨道的发射性能和使用寿命,研究了串联增强型四轨电磁发射器主、副轨道内部的电磁场特性以及所受的电磁力。构建了串联增强型四轨电磁发射器轨道的物理模型,在此基础上,提出主、副轨道的磁场模型和所受电磁力的计算公式。采用有限元分析方法,仿真比较了串联增强型四轨电磁发射器主、副轨道内部的电流和磁场分布以及所受电磁力的大小。结果表明:串联增强型四轨电磁发射器主轨道比副轨道的电流集中现象更明显,所处的电磁环境更加恶劣且要承受更大的电磁力。 In order to better evaluate the launch performance and service life of the series-enhanced four-orbit electromagnetic launcher orbits,the electromagnetic field characteristics and the electromagnetic force inside the main and secondary orbits of the series-enhanced four-orbit electromagnetic launcher were studied.Based on the physical model of the orbit of series-enhanced four-rail electromagnetic launcher,the magnetic field model of main and secondary orbits and the calculation formula of electromagnetic force were proposed.The distribution of current and magnetic field and the magnitude of electromagnetic force in the main and secondary orbits of the series-enhanced four-rail electromagnetic launcher were simulated and compared by finite element analysis.The result shows that the current concentration in the main orbits of the series-enhanced four-orbit electromagnetic launcher is more obvious than that in the secondary orbits.
