有毒有害气体环境风险预警体系的构建与应用——以樟树盐化工业基地为例

Construction and application of environmental risk early warning system for toxic and harmful gases——taking Zhangshu Salt Chemical Industrial Base as an example

樟树盐化工业基地是省级盐产业特色工业园区,为创新环境监管模式,减少企业无组织气体泄露,切实保障基地各企业生产安全和员工身体健康,樟树市在江西省率先建成盐化基地有毒有害气体预警体系。有毒有害气体环境风险预警体系在应急处置和日常监管中发挥着重要作用,本文以樟树盐化工业基地为例,就其预警体系建设的必要性、构建过程以及实际应用成效进行简要探讨。

Zhangshu Salt Chemical Industrial Base is a provincial salt industry characteristic industrial park.In order to innovate the environmental supervision mode,reduce the unorganized gas leakage of enterprises,and effectively ensure the production safety of enterprises in the base and the health of employees,Zhangshu city took the lead in building a toxic and harmful gas early warning system for the salt chemical base in Jiangxi Province.Environmental risk early warning system of toxic and harmful gases played an important role in emergency treatment and daily supervision.This paper takes tookZhangshu Salt Chemical Industrial Base as an example to briefly discuss the necessity,construction process and practical application results of the early warning system construction.
