摘要
随着我国臭氧污染形势的加剧,对作为臭氧前体物的挥发性有机物的管控迫在眉睫。根据生态环境最新要求,“十四五”期间VOCs已取代SO_(2)成为新的大气污染物减排指标,而化工园区作为VOCs排放重点源,加强对其VOCs排放管控,是实现“十四五”减排指标的重要手段。以江西省某典型化工园区为研究对象,通过对园区内涉VOCs企业原辅材料使用情况、VOCs治理设施现状的调查分析,从企业、园区及生态环境管理部门三个层面对化工园区VOCs管控提出建议。
With the aggravation of ozone pollution situation in China,the control of volatile organic compounds as ozone precursors is imminent.According to the latest requirements of the ecological environment,VOCs has replaced SO_(2) as a new air pollutant emission reduction index during the 14th Five Year Plan period.As a key source of VOCs emission,strengthening the control of VOCs emission in the chemical industry park is an important means to achieve the emission reduction index of the 14th five year plan.Taking a typical chemical industry park in Jiangxi Province as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of the use of raw and auxiliary materials and the current situation of VOCs treatment facilities of VOCs related enterprises in the park,suggestions were put forward on VOCs control in the chemical industry park from the three levels of enterprise,Park and ecological environment management department.
