ICP-MS法测定水中铅能力验证的研究

摘要 以参加中实国金国际实验室能力验证研究有限公司组织的NIL PT-1872-1水中铅含量的测定能力验证项目为例,对能力验证样品的基体干扰、内标元素的选择、标准加入法、不同仪器不同模式的比对实验等关键技术要点进行探讨分析,总结了ICP-MS测定水中重金属铅能力验证的技巧和方法。本次能力验证结果满意,提高了实验室检测低含量铅的的能力。 Taking the participation in the NIL PT-1872-1 proficiency testing project for the determination of lead in water organized by China NIL Research Center for Proficiency Testing as an example,key technical points such as matrix interference of the capability verification sample,selection of internal standard elements,standard addition method,and comparison experiments of different instruments and modes were discussed and analyzed,the skills and methods to verify the ability of ICP-MS to determine heavy metal lead in water were summarized.The results of this capability verification were satisfactory,which improved the ability of laboratory to detect low content lead.
