摘要
本文介绍了JKG-205型冷原子吸收光谱仪测定铜精矿中的汞的方法。依据JJF1059-1999的要求,分析了整个测定过程对结果真值影响的分量因子,计算各部分分量的不确定度并将其合成。当样品中汞含量为0. 00262%,其扩展不确定度为0. 00021%(k=2)。
The determination of mercury in copper concentrate by JKG-205 cold atomic absorption spectrometer was introduced.According to the requirements of JJF1059-1999,the component factors affecting the true value of the results in the whole determination process were analyzed,and the uncertainty of each component was calculated and synthesized.When the mercury content in the sample was 0.00262%,the expanded uncertainty was 0.00021%(k=2).
