乡土磁力的空间培育及其在地实践探索——以福建南江村西成楼改造更新为例

The Spatial Cultivation of Local Magnetism and Its Local Practice: A Case Study of the Renovation of Xicheng Building in Nanjiang Village, Fujian

在传统发展历程中,乡村地区具有强大的空间磁性、集聚人口并具有持久生命力,然而伴随着乡村地区的日趋标准化而呈现出引力失衡现象,激化了乡村地区的可持续发展危机。该文认为乡土聚落不纯粹作为"地方"的概念,还具有"主位"的语义,并通过对空间磁力概念及其生成逻辑解读,从物质危机和精神危机两个方面论述了当下乡土空间磁力的生境状况;提出都市现象竞争性、地方知识标准化双重视野下的乡土磁力结构谱系及其组织机制,并结合"文化谱系+空间谱系"的关联应承,以福建南江村西成楼片区更新设计为例探讨了乡土聚落磁力培育的空间模式及其设计逻辑。

During the traditional development process, rural areas have a strong spatial magnetism, agglomerate population and have lasting vitality. However, with the increasing standardization of rural areas, gravitational imbalances have emerged which has intensified the sustainable development crisis of rural areas. In this article we hold that rural settlements are not only a concept of place, but also a concept of theme, and through the interpretation of the concept of space spatial magnetism and generation logic, we discuss the current situation of the local space magnetism in terms of material crisis and spiritual crisis. And we put forward the rural magnetic structure pedigree and organization mechanism under the dual vision of urban phenomenon competitiveness and local knowledge standardization. Based on the association of cultural pedigree + spatial pedigree and the renewal design of Xicheng building area of Nanjiang Village, taking Fujian as an example we discuss the spatial model cultivated and design logic of the magnetic cultivation of the rural settlement.
